UTILITY HISTORYPantego water: six wells in two aquifers
Pantego classifies its water system as groundwater. Its 2025 water report lists six town wells at four sites, on Dickerson, Pioneer, Garner and Nora streets: three draw from the Trinity Aquifer and three from the Paluxy Aquifer. A January 2024 Texas Water Development Board summary for Tarrant County names the Trinity Aquifer as the town's current source and projects no water shortfall for Pantego through 2070. The town has also prepared an inventory of the water service lines in its system and posted it online for residents.
